Our Call Center Representative will be doing both inbound and outbound calling to set appointments for our in-home sales team.
This position is at our Lake Hopatcong, NJ office.

Responsibilities:
Inbound and outbound calling Generate estimate appointments for sales team Manage various call and text campaigns Maintain records and customer information in company's CRM Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Outstanding written & verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and planning skills Self-motivated and results driven Ability to work weekends Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to a schedule Enthusiastic about providing best possible customer service for customers Must possess the 4 H's:
Honest, Hungry, Humble and Hone-able A candidate with a proven track record and excellent references will be eligible for the following compensation and

Guaranteed base pay $17/hour Incentives and bonuses for each appointment set Opportunity to earn $30

Monday - Thursday:
