The administrative assistant works in cooperation with other staff in the company.
A majority of the tasks are performed using exact and detailed instructions.

Digitize has been around since 1977, and works with clients such as Cornell, Harvard, and New Jersey Transit.
Responsibilities:
Enthusiastically answer the phones and emails Make outbound HR calls Handle scheduling appointments and office calendar oversight Plan travel and events Compose and edit documents and spreadsheets Perform general clerical tasks Maintain a tidy office environment Cross-train into the Sales department to learn about our clients and products Handle other miscellaneous work as required Be intensely curious as you get exposure to many different jobs within Digitize, all of which are potentially advancement opportunities Job Type:

Up to $41,000.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
