Contribute to our team by assisting all staffers & owners accomplish tasks and/or special projects to ensure efficient daily operations.
Administrative Assistant Skills and
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel & Outlook.
Versed in Adobe Acrobat, QuickBooks and knowledge of Fleet Mentor, all a plus but not a requirement, will train.
Must be organized and able to assess systems to maximize efficiency and order.
Must follow through on assumed responsibilities and communications.
Follow instructions and complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner with minimal supervision and a strong commitment to detail is paramount.
While being independent is required, equally imperative is being able to function well as part of our team with strong interpersonal skills.
Must be polite and professional to all, in person as well as via phone, e-mail, and mail.
HR/Benefits background, Bilingual English/Spanish, and Notary Public, are all beneficial.
Part-time position for approximately 4-6 hours a day (20 to 24 hours a week).
Flexibility regarding your schedule.
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:
