  • Duties

    As the Commercial Loan Servicer at Lakeland Bank you will be responsible for all aspects of processing commercial loans.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Reviewing loan documentation for commercial loan closings to support commercial lenders
    • Create documents using Laser Pro Lending Software
    • Reviewing and booking loans to the FISERV system following loan closings
    • Ongoing maintenance of loans which includes processing renewals and modifications, tracking pending collateral items, processing advances, payments and payoffs, and tracking required insurance
    • Assisting lenders, customers and call center personnel with questions, problems and research issues
    • Other duties as required



    • Experience in reviewing commercial loan document closings and with the loan system software
    • Experience utilizing the FISERV Loan processing system and Laser Pro Lending software documentation a plus
    • Knowledge of SBA Lending processing a plus
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable dealing with customers as well as loan officers
    • Must be bondable

    Employment Eligibility

    All Lakeland Bank employees must be bondable. FBI background checks are required to confirm eligibility for bonding.

    The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
